Our team begins with owner and broker Varujan Abalian, who has over 30 years of construction related experience as well as developing various real estate projects over that time. Jesse Camerato, a licensed general contractor, is involved in all aspects of redevelopment of properties starting with planning, permitting, design and construction. Karnig Ostayan has developed numerous properties throughout the Boston area for over 30 years and has vast knowledge of state regulations that impact rental properties, mixed use buildings and real estate development regulations and challenges.
