Varujan Abalian, is the principal broker of “1 PLUS 1 realty “.
His experience related to real estate started more than 30 years ago as owner of an electrical contracting firm involved in hundreds of projects involving new and renovated properties throughout the Greater Boston area. His love for real estate took root long ago after graduating high school and receiving his real estate license without much thought of its use down the road.
Uniquely, Varujan is a calculated risk-taker. He formed his first electrical contracting company in the early 90’s when the construction industry was in the dumps, and then took advantage of the following boom in real estate by flipping numerous properties on his own. Through these successful endeavors he was inspired to revive his realtors license in 2009, during one of the worst economic downturns in American history, and hasn’t
looked back since. This period of uncertainty was very profitable, as the marketplace presented numerous opportunities for those able to take advantage of its volatility. His contrarian views as well as a great drive to build long lasting and loyal relationships allow him the ability to use his vast network of personal and business connections, built over many years, to the benefit of his clients.
